I've been using Affinity's IT Services for just over 6 months now and they've been a fantastic help to me in terms of setting up my business and organising automatic back ups for my files so I have peace of mind that all of my documents can be retrieved if needed. All of the staff I have dealt with are professional, friendly and extremely helpful and they are always quick to answer phone calls, which is really important when you're busy and you just want to get things sorted! I have mainly dealt with Elliott Armitage, who is one of the account managers, and he is exceptionally personable & great to deal with - I would highly recommend Elliott & his team to anybody who needs help with their IT

When the country went into lockdown at the end of March 2020 as a business we needed help. How do we function with people working from home, what do they need to be able to carry on working? As soon as I made contact with Affinity they where able to advise us as to what we needed but more importantly put that in place. The biggest compliment I can pay them is that all the staff where working as normal within a few days as if they where sat in the office and the customer was non the wiser and still getting the service they required. It was truly great service at the most important time.
We have used Affinity for our IT services for almost a year now. They helped us audit our IT and made sure we're all using the same operating systems and programmes. They also transferred our shared drive on to a new platform. We have been particularly impressed with the ease of submitting tickets and the excellent response time.
Standout qualities are responsiveness, communications, and a willingness to go the extra mile to complete things that were important to me. No hesitation to recommend. A special mention from me about James. An amazing engineer and one of the best I have worked with.
I would certainly recommend Affinity to anyone who has a minor, or emergency, IT issues that need sorting. They helped me set up a brand new laptop for work and got me up and running in no time at all. All at a very reasonable cost to the business. Keep up the Good Work Elliott!!
