What a horrible man .. schedule an appointment to days called him 9 AM to make sure he was going to show up no show at 4:30 I called them at five he was busy didn’t think he could make it this man is what is wrong with society a simple phone call hey can’t make it find someone else no it’s OK your nephew and his girlfriend have no heat in their house because he doesn’t care what a lousy human being what a lousy way to run your business I’m glad I’m not like him my word is my honor I would never recommend him I would never call her
