I’ve had better Afghan kabob before. Just ordered boneless chicken kabob for lunch for 16 . Not impressed as the chicken was dry and lacking flavor. The bread was over baked and also dry. Felt like I was eating a cracker. Probably wouldn’t eat there again..over priced for the quality they delivered.

This is our favorite local Afghan Kabob for take-out. Exceptional flavor, succulent chicken, delicious vegetable sides. The eggplant, chickpea, spinach, and pumpkin combination with the juicy chicken kabob is a perfect option for a Friday movie night, or Sunday afternoon football marathon day. We were disappointed when our original kabob spot closed in Arlington, and happy to have found this place. We have tried several other afghan kabob spots in the area, and this is our favorite for take-out - again the veggie sides push it over the top.
One of the best foods I have ever tasted. The service is superb. The staff are friendly and attentive..This is a wonderful place to go to tastes the deliciousness of Afghan food. The owners are hands and super welcoming. If you are in the Fairfax Station, VA area and want a real treat.. if you ever want to host an event they also have a beautiful event hall.
Food is very tasty, if somewhat oily. Lots of spices and the meat is quite tender. However, meat potions are inconsistent by dish. Why would I pay 14 for mostly rice? --edit-- Meat is good. Somewhat tender and flavorful. A few pieces were slightly dry. Not oily this time. However, in terms of flavor there are better kabob places in Fairfax.
I would have given it a 5 for the wonderful food (authentically Afghan, according to the people who took me there as an out-of-town guest), fine dining ambiance, reasonable prices, generous serving sizes, and obsequiously friendly table service, but... The men's bathroom was a mess. :-( This is probably not a big deal for some people, but if my wife had been here, and the ladies room looked like the men's room, we probably would have got up, paid for anything that we had already eaten, and left the restaurant. Her theory is that the bathrooms in a restaurant should be spotless so that the restaurant staff can be totally clean when they exit the bathroom and come into direct or indirect contact with any food. She might be a little extreme, but it does bother me, too, when I see a restaurant bathroom that looks worse than a hardware store bathroom. The proprietors need to learn that EVERY job is important (even the non-sexy jobs like mopping floors and cleaning toilets). Also, the cleaning should not be done by the cooks, because they are already busy making all that great food for us. Better that the cooks stay in the kitchen! If I were the restaurant owner, or even just the person in charge of the diining room, I would clean the bathrooms at least once a day before opening the restaurant, just out of a sense of respect and appreciation for our customers. The food itself was so good that I will take the time to visit this restaurant again, next time I am in the area. If the bathrooms are spotless, next tine, I will update this review to show their improvement, and make it 5 stars instead of 4.
