Furnishings are scarce, but food is very food. I only ate dinner, so it was fresh made. flavors were very good, and nan bread was crisp and large. Mantu is a must try.

I have become addicted to this place. They have a great lunch buffet priced really fairly. I love their rice, lamb curry and chicken curry. Great homemade Afghan food.
Had a wonderful lunch with my wife. It was empty which almost put me off, but the food was excellent and fresh. My wife and I had the lunch buffet and each item was prepared well and tasted amazing. Well worth the price for a quick lunch.
Went here once for dinner a few weeks ago and it was great! Food was delicious and hot and freshly made. Just went today for the lunch buffet and it was also very good. The selection was good and tasted excellent. Definitely recommend.
Really good, fresh food. Very flavorful. Nice people (they bring you fresh bread and green sauce). I've been there two days in a row and had the beef/chicken/lamb combo both times. I just couldn't decide on any one meat, they all were so tasty! Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Had a wonderful lunch today at this restaurant. Service was brilliant food delicious. Highly recommend it. Monday to Friday they have a lunch buffet.
This restaurant is an offshoot of the famous Afghan Restaurant in Alexandria on Jeff Davis Hwy. The food in Sterling is as good as that in Alexandria. Fresh food and the most wonderful bread. Don't understand these reviews talking about insulting staff and old food. Must be competitors lying about the place!
horrible service. People working there cannot even understand their own menu. I tried to speak to several people to order a dish advertised on their menu but no one seems to have a clue. Would not let me finish my sentence when I was trying to explain what I wanted. Never saw this rude of a service except at Rice and Kabob in Sterling. What the hell is wrong with these people? How are these places still open???
