Richard showed such attention to detail, checking the carpets when he came to estimate so he knew exactly what he was dealing with, then on the day of cleaning, the preparation and care he took was just way above what we had experienced before and the end result was amazing, lovely clean fresh carpets, even leaving instructions on aftercare and some spot cleaner. I can thoroughly recommend Afresh and will certainly be looking to use them again.
