I would seriously recommend that you get service from somewhere else unless you have plenty of money and don't want to be belittled into surendering ur loved one into someone else's hands and being told that they are going to a good home as if just because you didn't have 5000.00 in your back pocket they came from a bad home.... I loved and still love my Rosie with all my heart..... They wasn't even willing to work with 1800.00 that I could have come up with....

I don’t typically write reviews but for this I’m going to. All the staff at this clinic were amazing! They were kind and caring to us as we were saying goodbye to our sweet cat. They let us hold him and love on him and talked to us the whole time. Explained the process and what would happen. It cost us a little more but it was worth the peace of mind. They also took his paw prints for us and gave us a sympathy card. Thanks to everyone there for handling it all so well!

Google how to give subcutaneous fluids. Thats 90% of what they are going to offer/do for pets here and will charge you for every test and thing they do 15times over what your vet will. Tractor Supply has a live talk with a vet one of their mobile apps. You can get much more direct information that way and can likely help your animal get through the weekend or evening to make it to a vet and not break your bank account in the process by using this establishment.

Everyone was very nice & the care was great. However, the cost is high. My dog was throwing up food & water for 2 days. I ended up taking my dog on a Sunday & I was told he should stay the night for observations. I assumed when I picked him up Monday am that he would be fine however I was told that he needed to go to his vet as soon as I picked him up. I paid 1500 for the over night stay. Unless your animal is literally dying I would wait until a vet can see him.

PLEASE READ After reading the reviews last night I was about to take our 8 week old puppy who I was sure had aspirated on puppy wormer all the way to Little Rock, but they advised me to get here instead and I am so glad they did (he had aspirated) . My experience was NOTHING like the awful reviews! They took excellent care of our baby without requiring money upfront before being seen (Little Rock wanted 300 before ever seeing him) they didn't run a bunch of expensive tests, they only did what was necessary. And my bill in the end was 100% reasonable and actually less than I expected it to be! I hope to never need their services again, but in the event that I do, I would definitely choose them in the future. Thank you for everything last night.
