Poor and unorganised! They sat us in the bar (noisy), even though the booking said ‘The Cast Iron Grill’ Room. Service was very slow... Looked as if there was only one person working (on a Friday afternoon!). Was given no menu on the selection of teas available. They Proceed to bring out English Breakfast tea (without any milk!) when we asked for milk - it took forever, when it was eventually brought out it was hot and frothy (confused!)... sandwiches were ok, the scones were on the small side and a bit dry. Unfortunately will not be returning.
