Really nice location looking out to sea and high quality cakes and scones and of course a huge choice of of teas. Sandwiches were lovely and fresh but the fillings were a bit too exotic for me. This is a real special treat but do note that it cost over 70 Euros for a couple.

We had a lovely time at afternoon tea at Reids hotel. By luck there was also a fly past of Portuguese F16 jets. A very pleasant few hours with the view and tea. Including endless sandwiches, tea and scones, if you had wanted to.

We made our booking by email whilst on holiday in Madeira. The reply was prompt and if you have any special requirements that is sorted straight away. Service was impeccable, the afternoon tea gorgeous, the view breathtaking. We started with champagne and then onto afternoon tea, which was refilled at any point you desired. I would recommend this to any body who had a special occasion whilst in Madeira or just for a bit of pure luxury on your holidays. That would be my next step a stay at this beautiful hotel. Loved it. X

Maybe they should start recognizing people who had a reservation and waits for 20 minutes outside and this girl jumps out and asks “so, who is the next???” Terrible!!
