Highly recommended. They did an addition and front porch for us, and they did an excellent job. The crew was very knowledgeable, as well as courteous . The job was done properly and promptly, and for a reasonable price. I will always contact them first if I have more home improvements.

Very professional company! Schwartz Construction Solutions showed up on time and finished my deck a timely manner. They came out soon after I contacted them and had a contract together the next day, then cleaned up the job site when all the work was finished. Anyone looking for work done in the Tri-Cities should definitely give them a call!
They know what there doing. A tree destroyed a part of my grandpa's building and they came and charged a reasonable price(3000) to fix it it saved my grandpa some time to not fix but to hire them honestly i would get them again to fix something again we live near trees and this could happen definitely again
Replaced a second floor soffit, did an excellent job, timely, neat, efficient and competitively priced. Would highly recommend.
