People who work there dont have any competences. I was humiliated by them, expensive and no competence. I do not recommend.
AG made errors when issuing cards on the company where I work for, so I can't access a benefits portal to claim my insurance costs already since early 2020. -Errors can happen but the lack of responsiveness and slow reaction when asking AG about a solution has been an aggravating factor. I may change my review rating when I get a proper reply. But definitively not 4 nor 5 starts for such a non-professional way to approach customer service.
Terrible service. I just needed an extract of my 5 year incident history (which was empty anyway). Sent an email, including all the details and numbers, from their contact page... no answer... sent a reminder 2 weeks later... no answer... tried to call them (paid number)... after 45 minutes in the call queue had to hang up because I had to go... next day, same story. Find yourself another insurer, chances are it will be cheaper too. EDIT: Turns out at least someone cares (so bumped it up to a 2 star review), and took the time to answer my review. Unfortunately, Google Reviews don't allow me to answer to a reply. So, to this person: Thank you for your response. Please search for my name in the Client Contact Center inbox and you'll find my emails with all the details. EDIT2: After immediately receiving apologies from 2 different departments, we are now again 7 days later, and... nothing, no confirmation, no follow up, and of course not the standard document I requested have been received. To be continued, I guess...
What to say? It is in my opinion the very best insurance company in Belgium!

Avoid dealing with this company. They made an error in their bookkeeping for an invoice that I already paid, and now their debt collection agency EOS keeps harassing me.
