We were new to the area and had never had a propane furnace before and were kind of nervous about what we were dealing with. The staff at Burden Propane are such a great company to deal with, very informative staff, pleasant and helpful on the phone, they even monitor your usage of propane, the delivery drivers are friendly and helpful and the delivery driver took the time to say hello to our older dog. Thank you Burden propane for making us feel comfortable and welcome to the area.
Burden Propane is a great company with very friendly and helpful staff. I have personally dealt with the delivery truck drivers, office staff and the manager Greg. All have gone above and beyond to take care of us. Greg even stopped by our house to ensure our appliances, patio heater and pool heater were running smoothly and efficiently. The delivery drivers are friendly and very personable with every delivery. The cool new delivery trucks and the knowledgeable staff make us feel confident we made the right choice in selecting Burden Propane as the right company to service our home. A couple times we were running low and Burden Propane always topped us up with propane right away on very short notice. Awesome company - the Thornton family highly recommends Burden Propane!!
