Kawanaka Hotspring is known as one of the top three beautification springs in Japan. The sulphuric spring river water is popular as a beautification spring for the beautiful white skin of ladies in the past! There are two segregated indoor baths, and a mixed gender rotenburo that are open 24 hours. The spring water temperature at 34.6 degrees centigrade allows one to soak for a long while in the bath. The baths, however, are only for staying guests of the Ryokan which can accommodate a total of 24 guests. Prices range from 11000 to 13000 per adult, excluding VAT. Onsen fee is 150 per adult.

日本三大美人の湯らしいですが、日帰り入浴はやってないとの事でした。 残念です
