I was a little concerned about taking my crashed laptop to a residence, but this is a home business and the owner was very friendly and seemed trustworthy and said he would be able to help. While it took a little longer than I expected to get my computer back, aGeeko stayed in touch with me to keep me updated, so I never felt like I was being put off. Apparently I screwed up my laptop worse than was first expected. In the end, it required a wipe and reinstall, but he was able to save all my valuable data and within a day I was able to reinstall programs that had to be deleted and everything is working well. Customer service is essential to a good experience, and I had a good experience.

I drove up and Steve was going for a bike ride with family but he stopped and was very gracious and had me come in. I explained what was going on with my computer and I left it with him. He had it all fixed the next morning and I couldn't be happier. Very friendly, reasonable and professional. Will recommend aGeeko Computer Service to everyone. Thank you Steve

Steve is very knowledgeable about computers. I feel that he is very honest. If and very helpful. He will tell you what the problem is and how best to fix it. He will also tell you the risk involved. Had a laptop that a fan was going out and he told me that it was very risky to open up because there wasn't very much room. very helpful.

Steve, the owner of aGeeko, just did a fantastic job with my computer! I called after hours last night and he returned my call first thing this morning. He gave good value for the time he was here by giving me suggestions and teaching me while we were waiting for things to download. He moved my files and such from my old, dying CPU to my notebook, carefully helping me choose what I wanted to keep and explaining what some things were that I didn't recognize so I could make good decisions. He also taught me how to use my 2 screens together. I've always wanted to do that, but couldn't find anybody to teach me how. Thank you Steve!!
