I recently went through this course. I spent hours memorizing the notes and especially those items in bold. I knew the materail and did in the 90's on the practice tests from them. I took the state test and maybe 5 questestions total came from the materail. The words on the Licensing exam were some I have never heard before. The course had good information but did not help you with the State exam. It was disappointing to spend the money and time on with this company.

I enjoyed the simplicity of AP's organization. All courses are outlined on the left making it easy to jump from topic to topic for review. The material was straight forward and I passed my exams first try. I only emailed the director a few times but he was very responsive. I have no problems recommending this for someone interested in real estate education. It is a no-nonsense program meaning if you want a lot of material to read and review, then it may feel a bit too streamlined for some. I liked it though.

I enjoyed the course. The navigation was easy. I passed the Utah State test on the first try. I used no textbooks or other training. I should mention that I am 72 years old. Good Luck in Real Estate!

This is a great online Real Estate course. The website is easy to use, and is full of great information that helps prepare you for work in the Real Estate world. There are many videos, opportunities to write or search for interesting content, and many quizzes that help you stay on top of your game. Because you are required to have 120 hours within the course, each page has a time requirement, and most of them require that you spend more time on the page than what you really need to learn the info (example: you have 5 minutes to read and study a page, but it only takes you 2 minutes. You still have to wait for the time requirement so that you get credit for that page), which is kind of silly. However, I just used that extra time to learn other things or review and study. Overall, it is an excellent course, the best priced course in Utah, and I'm happy I took it.

Agent Professor was exactly what I was looking for! I was able to go at my own pace from the comfort of my home - and was still able to interact with current professionals and get their perspective on the industry. If you're self motivated, and looking for a course that allows you to still keep up with your day-to-day, this is the course for you. Another plus, they value your feedback, if you have a suggestion that may better improve the course, they actually take it into consideration. I witnessed 3 additions to the course (for the better) in the 2 months it took for me to complete.

I am happy that I chose to move forward with Agent Professor. The online user interface is simple and straightforward. Content is definitely manageable yet seemingly thorough. They do a good job of mixing it up between text, videos, various activities, knowledge checks after key concepts, section tests, etc. I easily passed their final exam without reviewing the content a second time so this signaled to me that the course was effective.

I enjoyed going through the course. It was simple to use, easy to understand the content, and well-prepared. Lots of features to expand on the learning/topics. Even though I'm not huge on blogging, I learned a lot form other experts in the field in the blog assignments. I would recommend it if you're considering getting into real estate.
