Poor editing skills, got my passport size photograph clicked and turned out real bad. They just know how to increase exposure to make you look fair. I sat with the editor when required a reprint, editor uses Photoshop but don't even know how to change color tints. Worst photo lab in Agra. Called yesterday for a reprint, the person on phpho connected me with someone in the shop, that idiot Tandon bluntly said for tomorrow. It was 6pm and they close at 8pm. Poor customer handling and service. Better go to a cyber cafe for passport size photographs.
