The hotel makes the first impression like incredible place to stay. But then you realized that it’s not at all. We had the horrible smell at the bath all stay long. And than this strange organization of the beach - every morning you need to fill in the form to take a coupon which than you exchange to the sunbeds and umbrellas. We stayed 3 nights and used the beach only on second day of the stay. Than on the day of check-out we wanted to stay on the beach till lunch, than to have lunch at the hotel and to go to the next destination. We arrived to the reception, as always filled in the form and then we asked what time is check out? The receptionist realized that it’s our last day and asked to return back beach card, because the last day is not included. She said that we have to pay 10 per person to use their beach even for two hours. Small remark - this area is absolutely empty, there are no other hotels, only small camping, so the beach is quite empty ... We tried to explain that we are going to stay 1-2 hours and to pay 20 is not fair at all. But she said that we have to leave if we don’t want to pay. So we left. My recommendation- don’t tell that it’s your last day, firstly take your place at the beach and than do check out if you want to enjoy your last day at the beach. Very disappointing experience...

Beautiful decor and elegant touches. It felt like we were in a museum. Priced on booking for 58 but ended up paying 98. Rooms were small, shower was tiny but with great water pressure. Took me 15 min. to figure out how to turn heat on. Floors were dirty. With the exception of Deborah in the breakfast area who was very helpful, staff were somewhat dry lacking genuine hospitality. Might have been language barrier. No free bottle of wine for me but my friend got one and we had separate rooms. Felt like we were imposing.

The place it's amazing! Very beautiful hotel and top star staff! You can use both the swimming pool and the outside Hydromassage. You do have free access to the sea but need to pay a small amount to use a beach umbrella and chair (worth it!)

Don’t listen to the nay sayer. Place is GREAT. Just go elsewhere for food. We loved this place.

Wonderful place. Room was a bit dirty and stuff not that friendly. Access to the beach after request was not possible to open. Breakfast was super and the structure is incredibly beautiful and really well furnished with antique pieces.

This hotel is amazing. From the time we showed up they treated us like family. The pool is great and very clean. The room is very well kept and spacious. We were also give a complimentary bottle of wine when we checked out to top everything off.

Beautiful hotel, with nice swimming pool, good beach, but the service and the food is awful. Most of the staff doesn't speak English at all, not even the basics. For a 4 star hotel, in Italy, the food was just super bad. For breakfast they had canned olives and cheap orange juice, in an island full of olive and orange trees... They charge a lot for basics like water or beach towel.

Very nice place to stay with very neat and clean rooms. Also it has an amazing swimming pool. Only thing missing is a beach bar.
