Decent food and ambiance for an outing with friends, unfortunately 1) low level of cleanliness, the floor is greasy and slippery, in the states it would be a lawsuit waiting to happen on multiple levels, 2) Sadly I also saw a roach belly up in the bathroom during my last visit, hopefully kitchen and food prep areas are cleaner than that. 3) So far been there 3 times and did get sick... Luck perhaps? The last time was a bit disappointing because given the emergency I would have expected a higher level of cleanliness, 4) Prices are ok although one is always forced to opt for the all you can eat given the pricing and size of each single item in the menu. Hopefully they will improve on cleanliness...

A very nice place, really quiet. However, it's expensive and you don't have enough to eat. The service is quite long. Waiters are unsympatethics. We ordered a table for 7PM and we had to wait for the staff to finish ccleaning. Nobody was polite. Il you want a good Japanese restaurant, go eat a pizza.
The location is wonderful and food is great but the service is ridiculous. Very unfriendly and when you ask for something, they say they get it for you but you don't get it even if you ask several times. The food delivery is poor and slow... We waited almost 1 hour for just a cup of ice cream. Not worth it to eat there.
Food is awesome, really. But customer service leaves a deep scar. Waiters made lots of mistakes with our order, we did not receive at least 3/4 of what we ordered. I waited for more than an hour to get it after ordering this again. The money is not worth the service. Overall a poor experience, won't be back anytime soon.
My friend and I went to the gohan and we were very exited about to eat there but the service was very unorganized! The preparation of the food took a long time so we spend 4hours to get 2 rounds! So the money wasnt worth it and we left the restaurant very disappointed. But luckily the food was very delicious.
All you can eat a pranzo con 12 euro...
