We will never use nor recommend this company. We were told at 11:15am that they’d be here at 3:15. No show. We called and were then told they’d be here in 35 minutes. By 5:00 still not here and no call. Roadside assistance called them and Ahearns told dispatcher the tow was cancelled (it was not!!) but would have someone here by 730am the next morning. 830 am no show no call. They didn’t answer the phone when we called. When roadside assistance called the person from ahearns was rude to the road assistance dispatcher and said they weren’t sending anyone out and gave no reason.

They were very professional the prices were fair they showed up fairly quickly and very courteous highly recommend
Called them to ask for the cost of a service. When i said no. They didn't even let me finish the freaking sentence. Thats not a way to run a business. Even if I decided to indeed call back as a last resort definitely will never call them. I rather break my window and get the insurance to cover it.
