great pg.. there is a lot of safety for girls.. my daughter was staying there for an year and i could say this is possibly best place to stay if you are out from home...the cleanliness is well maintained, and the owner maintained the place really well...all the amenities were proper.. overall i would give a 100/100 for this place..

Great food, great location, great pg.... i've stayed here for 6 months..everything is very well maintained, the owner can handle things well.. the location is nearby to BRTS through which i could travel places easily...i would recommend everyone whosoever is looking for a good pg..this is the one... you won't regret...thank you for making my stay comfortable..
Worst PG ever. Owner dont have any sense to talk. The facilities he says he will provide is not at all provided. The maid leaves the house as Pritesh (owner) dont pay her salary. He will never recharge TV. Washing machine is not working even after hell lot of complain(but he will charge for every single thing). MOST IMPORTANT : there are BIG DIRTY RATS walking around the house and entire kitchen. These are big rats that come out of drainage.( I have kept screenshots from the video with rats as i could not upload a video) Also no security. There is no lock at the main door. The door remains open all day and all night. In short, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE.
Whosoever will going to stay here: Do take care of your clothes, cuz you never know when it may vanish. Poor hygiene. The guy who is handling the PG is perfidious. cleanliness sucks Happy stay!!!!
Awesome pg for stay..
Owner might be sweet at first but don't be deceived. Very poor hygeine, food is horrible, and the property is old and many things are rusted. So if anything gets broken by itself, don't expect the owner to fix it with his own money. Other than that (if there's anything left) it's fine I guess. Have a nice stay y'all. But I'd never recommend it to any one.
Owner is very responsible and kind person and most of all food is awesome
