Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Highly unrecommended. They lost my package and are not even responding to me. I complained to customer service but no help from them too. Seriously do not use this courier service.

poor service uneducated staff, they don,t delever the pan card and never call u for the pan card. u need to keep a track and when u call to know the status of the pan card, they don,t know how to speak with the cust..I would suggest or complain to NSDL, pls dont deliver the pan card through TRACKON COURIERS
