Worst jewellery shop I had ever seen. 1. Firstly staff service is really worst in handling customer. 2. Gold rate today I compared with other shops and found difference of almost Rs. 1750/- in both. As WHP was charging 55,770/- for pure 24K and in other shop it was 54,020/- . So this huge difference was really surprising. So beware before buying gold from WHP jeweller shop. 3. I had taken gold policy of 4,000/- per month for 10 months and as per policy scheme they were going to 1 month emi of 4,000/- after maturity completion of policy, but today when I visited shop it was totally different, staff said if you buy gold we will only give bonus of Rs. 2400/- only and not 4,000/- I was really shocked after hearing this from him.Finally I talked to manager and had asked him to refund the total amount which I paid till now i.e. 40,000/- but he charged again processing fee of 3% deduction in it. Finally I got refund cheque of 38,800/- only. So customer I would suggest please don't waste hard earned money in buying jewellery as well as policy scheme from such shop, but look for some other shops. They are really selling fraud policy scheme.
