It's better than the others compare the price and quality. The staff are doing most to give good services and make you feel comfortable. They are increasing the price, but if it's on sale, you have a good chance to stay with acceptable charge. It's just next to the bazaar and let's say about 10-15 minutes to the Karoun river by walk. If I came back to Ahwaz again, will check this hotel and if it has offer will stay.
