Aiki Muay Thai is a gym with professional trainer, welcoming culture, and a variety of trainees to match your level of experience. It is an equally good place to start as a beginner and to master your existing martial arts skills. You can expect to have a balanced schedule that includes techniques break-down, cardio and strength exercises, as well as partner practicing and (optional) sparrings.
