Used Air coach a few times to go from Dublin to Belfast and back. Drivers are always friendly and helpful, buses are clean and comfortable, and it's always on time. Definitely the best service for the best price

We had a very bad experience on this service. Booking online guarantees nothing. We reserved a ticket online (paying the fee in advance). The bus was parked as Out Of Service ten minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus left 3 minutes later having sold our tickets to someone else. We waited an hour for the next bus for which we had to buy tickets. There are other more accommodating services for the same price. I would strongly advise against Air Coach
10/10 for comfort, punctuality and hospitality a very relaxing way to travel. Highly recommended.
