I am so disappointed in Luquire. I called them on Saturday and a lady named AIdan showed up. She charged me 89 for misleading diagnosis and she said someone was going to called back for a quote. NOBODY CALLED. I have to pay additional money to another person to fix my furance. She only stay fifteen minutes for nothing. I will not called Luquire again. Nobody has money to waste like that.

In a time when it is difficult to find professional, responsive service at a fair price, Luquire exceeded my expectations. Luquire has apparently hired well and trained well. Could not be more satisfied with their service.

Had Horrible Service done at my grandmothers home.The technician that came left a gas leak escaping from a water heater not being properly installed. My grandmother, who lives alone, thankfully smelled the gas escaping as it was making her nauseated. We were able to call REAL licensed professionals to have it fixed. No telling what this could have led to. I am wondering if the technicians here are actually state certified or apprentices under a licensed professional. Some one from higher management needs to reach out and speak with us. PLEASE CHECK THE ALABAMA BOARD OF HVAC to make sure these \techs\ are licensed and highly skilled before servicing in your home.
