These people installed a/c on a brand new home in Ocala, nothing but problems since day one. When having a problem called them told to turn breaker off and back on, no techs in the area for service, Unit is less than 2 years old have had to have another very reputable company repair at a cost of 2000.00 for repairs. Air masters has poor customer service, and does not stand behind the product they install. I give air masters a Zero star rating.

We have been using this company for 7 years since we bought our AC from Home Depo and they were the subcontractors for installation. They came to our home on June 23rd and charged us 104.00 for diagnostics in addition to a 278.00 we paid them for an undiagnosed problem in December 2018. After the 104.00 payment on June 23rd this year the individual who came went on a vacation according to his office staff and could not tell us if the part was ordered. Now, after almost. Month the office staff told us that they were having a hard time getting the part is needed and will let us know when it comes. We called a couple of times to check what was going on, they never initiated a call to keep us informed. We told them today that we are going to call another AC firm. We basically feel that we aid them a total of 382 for nothing other than coming to our home for diagnostics. If this is not a rip off I don’t know what else it can be called.

Installed a split system in our home, which is a big job. The tech worked under the house, often on his knees or back, a very dirty job. He explained things along the way, TOTALLY cleaned everything up. When he finished, he explained the total system, provided all the books and installed a new thermostat before leaving but first made sure I understood the instructions and promised to come back anytime when necessary. He has kept that promise already a few times when issues turned out to be electric issues and nothing to do with the great job he did Thank you Rob and staff!

Our AC failed yesterday when the power co-op was playing Whack-A-Mole with our power. The service technician came out on Sunday morning about an hour after I called. He quickly found the issue (a blown capacitor) and serviced our unit for peak cooling - all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks.

A/C was having problems kicking on. Tech said coolant was 2-3 lbs low, must have a leak. Charged me for 5 lbs @ 95 lb. Nothing on bill about a leak. Asked for bid on replacing entire system, never heard back from them.
