I called the office and was told a technician would call me shortly. I received a phone call in less than 5 minutes from Will to confirm my address and informing me that he would be right over, because he had some time between appointments. Will showed up at the house only a few minutes after I hung up the phone! Wow! I told him the problem, he immediately diagnosed the cause, then checked the unit for confirmation, quoted me a price that included parts and labor, then fixed it. All this was done within 30 minutes of the initial phone call from me! We will be using Air Secure the next time we have a problem.

My wife and I called Air Secure twice, once on Saturday and once on the following Tuesday. Both times we were told a technician would call us back and did not receive a call either time. We will be seeking help from another company that values us and our time.
