Just received order and it was late, cold. I ordered chips and cheese and it tasted like rubber the chips weren't cooked properly. Ordered a perwari nan, half of it wasn't there as it must have stuck. Was dry with hardly any filling. Very disappointed and won't order again

Food is great and staff are always nice. Menu is endless and food is cooked to high standard or quality. Would recommend there Chicken Chasni Half and Half or the Mixed Wrap
First time trying pathans and it's clear to say I will definitely be back great place great spicy chicken pizza and there Donner meat is great highly recommended and if you use there app you get 10% off
I ordered kebabs on their website, paid for it by card and went to pick it up at 6PM just to see shutters down - location closed!?!?!?!?! Why wouldn't you disable your ordering system?!?! How about my money which I paid for nothing?!
