Rude and unhelpful reception staff if you are able to get through to them! Otherwise forced to use the online form. 3 times no call back just an automated text saying they couldnt get hold me. Finally after twice managing to speak to doctors they appeared to not have read a single thing from my record. Like groundhog day over and over to get a simple prescription. They appear to be using covid as an excuse to do absolutely anything to provide medical care. A total bureaucratic waste of time. Its no wonder people turn to alternative sources of pain relief. Its such a shame as the few times i visited pre covid there were some fantastic doctors who now appear to have vanished and been replaced by angry receptionists who try to basically stop you talking to them. I would advise anykne to find any other surgery if they can.

Rude on the phone and even ruder in person. Trying to get an emergency prescription for my wife and I was explaining that it was emergency has she had her bag taken and her medication was in it and they had no interest in helping. They just said “write urgent on the slip” I have been on the phone 3 times to them today, hence why I ended up going in person. I have been sat on the phone for 30 mins each time, first two times it cut off. This Is my 3rd attempt I don’t think it’s a coincidence no matter what time of day I phone I am always “9th in the queue” when I have called once this morning, once after lunch and once at the end of day. I am just trying to see if my wife prescription is ready. The reception side of things has really gotten worse and worse over since I first joined the surgery It’s a shame because the Doctors are very good. On repeat “your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available agent” Unfortunately I highly doubt it
Some of the receptionist staff are appallingly rude, they’re abrupt and very cutting. The doctors/nurses/assistants are fantastic and very friendly, so it’s such a shame that the receptionist let the team down. They are the face of the practice and usually the first contact throughout the process and it’s always such a negative experience. It’s not all receptionists may I add, but more often than not it’s a terrible experience.
Receptionist on the phone was lovely and really helpful however when I went to pick up the new patient registration form the receptionist I saw was very unhelpful bordering on rude. I will not be registering with this practice!
