They either don’t want business or don’t need new business. First they canceled my appointment three weeks ago. I called GE to get another repair firm and they insisted I try AIV again. They do not answer the phone.

Hello - I was referred to your company by GE for a repair to my dishwasher under warranty. I have tried to call your office numerous times for the past three days (beginning 7/27) and no one is ever "available to take your call." This is very frustrating, as I cannot currently use the dishwasher. PLEASE reach out to me ASAP. You should have my info on a GE service ticket.

As of this moment I'm still waiting for someone to come out to repair a dishwasher. After overbooking for yesterday they rescheduled for today, to be here no later than noon, it may only be 10 minutes after noon but I can't continue to wait around all day for a repair man that was supposed to be here YESTERDAY. Edit: 12:53 and still no phone call, they are also conveniently on lunch from 12-1 so there is no one to call.

Wondering if these guys ever show up on time? 2 visits in 3 months. 1st one had me sitting around all day with no call and showed up 10 minutes after time frame. 2nd is a no show and no one answers the phone. Worse than the cable guys. Thanks for wasting my time.
