They has been delivered door to door if the address and pincode is correct. If wrong pin code has been put we need to self collect and staffs were very polite and sincere.

THIS is the place where you can collect your packages, not the other FedEx store which is nearby shown on Google maps (opp to NIMAT institute), that doesn't even exist. The staff barely understand English, but you can convey your message with keywords. Handling seemed quite rough with the products, the place is quite damp and cramped. Products are delivered to this place via an open pickup truck (barely covered with a Black sheet) which can be problematic during rainfall (and it almost always rains). Atleast they pick up, make calls and be open about if or not a delivery is possible. Due to covid 19, they said there were no personnel for delivery services. My package was also quite damp when I picked it up.
It takes longer time to receive our order comparing to other courier service. It's been two days since my order has reached Aizawl and is not out for delivery yet. No contact information is provided.
