Today I went to Best Buy Ajax location, I was ready to buy a Apple Watch 6. The sales person had no acknowledgment how to explain my questions about the watch, I wanted to trade my own watch3, I was on a busy long line again on the line for customer service, the cashier or sales person had no idea what she was doing. I decided not to purchase the watch for the lack of very low customer service and of not knowing how to explain the product they’re selling. Decided to go to Apple for a much better service

I just recently purchased a Toner for our fax machine....I arrived at best buy at 7 30 pm to buy a toner for a fax machine in my Pharmacy (from work)...It was a real emergency....The store was closed at 7 pm. I saw Tushar on the door. He immediately responded and helped. Within minutes I was out with what I needed. He is kind and helpful. Thanks for ur help guys!
Great staff and very helpful. Takes their time to explain and make sure you understand what you need. Picked out a projector for my home theatre setup.
Customer service is horrible. I was told by the geek squad that I would have to pay a 199.00 for them to look at my 4 month old laptop and not to send it to the manufacturer for warranty because it "probably" won't be covered. Never should have shopped at Best Buy to begin with and sourced small and local.
Customer service at it's best. I can see lots of improvement from last time. Seems like they have hired few knowledgable people. Good at their job. Also, their manager is awesome. I saw someone was in stress due to some issue, but one of the manager handled the situation in a calm manner and made sure customer was heard and taken care of. If you are in Durham area and looking for all in one electronics store then I will recommend this store. You get almost everything electronics here with Awesome Customer service. Side note, always buy geek squad accidental warranty with your TV is you have kids. If comes really handy. Just my two cents !!!
Bought a macbook air yesterday. When you go to a shop, you don't know what kind of sales person you'll get. You just hope for the best, maybe get a good deal and get out of there. My son and I were accomodated by a very polite, informative, and quite an upbeat young man, Kaleel (sorry if the spelling is wrong). I guess the management trained him well but besides that, he's a natural. I wish the best for you, Kaleel. God bless.

When I think of buying a new tablet or computer I always go to this store first. They did not call it Best Buy for nothing. I love this store, I always get good service here.
