Very clean store, good source of supplements, multivitamins and healthy foods. Large aisle of protein powders, BCAA, pre workouts, mass gainers ect. Alot of the popular brands. Little steep on the prices but you pay for quality products. I will be back for more supplements. Bonus - most of the time they have free samples at the check out for you to try.

Honestly ive been twice since this place opened and the WORST service! Why is everyone there 17 and know NOTHING about health and wellness or even how to remember to actually give you your receip. My recommendation: go to the pickering one or any other health store

Pretty okay place - lots of options. They waver a bit on the side of the "unproven science" which I believe impacts people's decisions. Should stick to scientifically proven things (this is obviously in general to all of HP). Staff is very nice, always friendly and helpful. Products are great (expensive but good!) and I've never walked out upset or anything. Clean store.

I can always find what I'm looking for, staff always ask if I need any assistance, and when I did have questions they were able to answer them to the best of their knowledge. Their food section is vast and diverse, and I always come away with new things to try. And for someone who has dietary restrictions, it's great to know I have choices to choose from.
