We bought a rain shower from Grana few weeks back. After installation we had only either ice cold or extremely hot water, the plumber suspected the thermostat in the shower. We got put in contact with Grana, they just asked for our address and sent us a new replacement part. The problem after all, happened to be that the plumber had inverted hot and cold intakes resulting in that issue. In the end, we are really happy how Grana has handled this issue and now we get to use their amazing shower. A well deserved 5* review
