Recently I have had a few visits with Adrienne and my massages have been among the most effective and relaxing I have ever had. I showed up at my last appointment with an aching lower back and 2 hours later, it was instant relief. Adrienne is highly skilled in this practice, incredibly comfortable to be with, and through a very targeted and effective approach, it felt like a miracle had been performed on my lower back.

Gretchen is a highly skilled practitioner of Thai massage. I felt like this technique and her skill touched deep into my spine and hips and opened up areas I didn’t know were restricting me.
