Mold in the bathroom on walls and floor, old smell, inconveniently accessible outlets are far from the bed. Pretty disgusting room. I don't want to walk around barefoot on the stained carpet and the moldy bathroom floor.

hotel is standard, but with 4 restaurants you have a choice, we went to the Italian one for an early lunch, expected standard local take on Italian food but pleasantly surprised with variety, pizzas offered at our table and main dishes creatively presented, excellent value and experience, so good you wish it would be just a notch up to be a great memory, definitely will come again, enjoy ! ! !

I have had a wonderful time at the hotel. staff are very efficient and friendly. the food was delicious. the rooms are always clean. Well done plaza hotel. I'm back at castle plaza, having a wonderful time. Well done castle plaza, for such a grand welcome.
Nice big clean rooms, good price
Very small and cozy rooms. Near the JR station so you can get around town easily. Neat and tidy, but the Deco is getting a little old.
I've had the misfortune of staying here twice for work trips. I specifically asked for nonsmoking and was still put in a smoking room, twice. I tried asking the front desk to switch rooms, but they were very unaccommodating. The rooms are very old. I'd describe the decor as "threadbare". I think there are better options out there.
An aging hotel. Good breakfast. Room cleaning service was inadequate. Trash from the previous customer existed all over the place.
