I've been here almost 7 years and I definitely feel like the company does what they can to take care of our employees. Over the last two years, management has been doing great things to improve the company culture and modernize our business. Benefits are above average for the region.

I loaded here the other day. Not a good place to load a 53ft trailer. Product all over the area to get in docks. Loaders are great. If you bring a reefer trailer make sure it is dry to the bone. The pictures are from dock F and E
Been here only a few months. Management is great. Other workers are great. I am in maintenance. And work 3rd. Great benefits great hours. All you got to do is be at work and do your best. Free gatorade and all different kinds of free coffee and fotered water. Those who dont like it here are the ones who want easy money. Nothing in life comes easy you got to work for what you want. Good benefits, kind of disappointing that pay is not based on experience and skill level but on the buddy buddy system ,I have been there for going on 15 years now and have seen some progress but still has a way to go.
Worst place to ever work at I recommend not applying bad management nobody cares about the problems that are happening and will give u a job that u dont apply for company ask for to much and for nothing employees get treated bad STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS IF U REALLY NEED A JOB AND ARE WILLING TO PUT UP WITH MISTREATMENT
