Wonderful little nihonshu brewery! They have a fantastic selection and you can taste before you decide to purchase. They also sell sakekasu which is the leftover rice mush and it's great for cooking or adding to your cup of nihonshu!

This brewery is not far from the nearest station, has maintaned its older buildings with a lot of character, offers tasting (tours with prior reservation but not in English) and has a variety of products to suit every taste. I would recommend it to serious nihonshu enthusiasts. The grounds are pretty in springtime and you can pick up a bottle of something only available at the brewery's shop.
生酒はじめ蔵元のみで買える品もあり、あきる野に来た際には立ち寄っています。 柚子酒は女性にも飲み易いお酒です。 あきる野市のふるさと納税お礼でも入手出来ます。

仕事柄お酒は飲めないが、酒粕をかい甘酒で飲んでます、凄くうまい！
東京にも美味しいお酒はあります。毎年秋に訪れ新酒を購入しますがどの名だたる酒よりも旨い。酒は蔵元で飲むのが一番いいですね。
