I would give ZERO stars for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, but had to award 1 star just to be able to post this review. Received a text with a quote for 140 right away and was told to call a number to schedule a pickup. Called, left a message and heard nothing all day. Early the next morning, I received a text telling me to call a number to schedule a pickup. Called, left a message, and again heard nothing. On the third day I received an early phone call that I missed. Anthony left me a message saying to call the same number I had been calling to schedule a pickup. I called, left a message and sent a follow-up text. I heard nothing. I don't have time for this kind of frustration! Looked up another company … CashAutoSalvage.com. Completed an online quote and was offered 265 …. 125 MORE! After clicking "accept offer" I got a phone call from their representative WITHIN MINUTES and received a confirmation for a pick-up date and time. Barberton Junk Cars should take note and learn a lesson from this!!

We had a great experience! They came the same day that we phoned them. Joe then called back right away to confirm and then again that they were on the way. My Husband and I felt they were very professional. They gave us cash on the spot as quoted. We would definitely recommend them !
I called in the morning for a price on a non-running car and they picked it up that afternoon. Was OK.
I called and got a quick quote in the morning. The tow driver came in the afternoon and paid cash. (could have been a bit higher) Overall is was fine. I was glad to see that old car taken away!
i called in to ask if they took copper and was treated very rudely truely hatefull i recomend shakers in Barberton
I contacted this company to sell my old car to them for scrap, they never showed to pick it up as promised and failed to answer their phone whenever I tried to contact them about it. Needless to say I will have to go with another company.
I called and arranged for my junk car to be picked up and they never showed. They said that they would call to confirm the day before and I never heard from them, so I called the morning that the pickup was scheduled and there was no answer nor call back. Very unprofessional!!
Called in afternoon and they sent tow truck the next morning. They don't pay that much for junkers.
