The hotel was just okay. I've been to Courtyard before and this one is just okay. They didn't even have a microwave in the room. They do have lots of restaurants very close but we had leftovers the next day and had to go downstairs in the lobby to heat our food up. I had to literally get dressed just to heat up my food. For that reason I won't be back unless they put microwaves in the room. I guess you never realize how much you need something until you dont have one.

Beautiful establishment wonderful staff would love to visit again I might not be pronouncing her name correctly but Shdonia checked us in Pam was our overnight person so funny and bubbly and Stefanie Baumler (General Manager)was the person who took care of our every need the following morning loved our stay and will be back
Water backed up in the shower. Drains not draining properly. Ancient decor.
The toilet in the room would not flush, there was no water in the tank. We were happy to be moved to another room, however the new room had a gallon jug of curdled milk in the mini fridge! This hotel should clearly provide more oversight to its cleaning staff. And to top it all off we did not receive a refund even though we never spent a single night there. We didn’t want to see what might be behind door number 3 and elected to move on to another Marriott in the area with a much higher cleaning standard.
Clean, comfortable...we stayed during Covid, pool not open, no breakfast served...other than that..nice room.
Beds comfy. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. (Toilet had spots on seat when we first entered the room.) I purchased breakfast w/the reservation. Gentleman at check-in said it wasn't included. No apology; only an invitation to purchase breakfast at the bistro. Hot tub not set up for use. Most hotels where I have stayed provide fresh complimentary coffee in the a.m. Not this hotel. Had to purchase it. There is coffee and coffee maker in the room but we wanted something a bit stronger. Doubt we will stay here on our next visit.
Room was toasty. Staff were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to help myself and my team to settle in and feel welcome. 5 stars. Service isn't dead.
My husband and I stayed here over Christmas while we visited family. The hotel staff was beyond pleasant during the entire stay, even Mona Lisa, the housekeeper, introduced herself and asked what she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were updated and very comfortable. Thank you for a great visit!
