I called about exchanging an online item. Jillian was very helpful! She informed me that the item I needed to exchange was in stock and she would put it on hold until I arrived at the location. Once I came to make my exchange, she immediately remembered my name and promptly made the exchange. She was a very sweet and friendly girl.
Good clearance section. The rest of the store is super expensive
Love their clothes but even better, there was an issue w/ using a coupon. The manager easily and w/o argument, resolved it to my advantage.
