I recently purchased a sofa from Maak furniture and was very satisfied. Moe was our salesperson, he had great customer service skills and he was very helpful on finding us the best deal! We were told a couple weeks for the sofa to come in and it actually came early and had it delivered on the same day we was told it was in. Delivery drivers were also nice and helpful. I will be shopping there again soon. Thanks again!!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Customer service stops when they get your money! I saw a couch I really liked, it happened to be in the back of the store, and purchased it- with the assistance of MO. He seemed nice at first. I was wrong. After delivery I noticed a large dent in the frame. I called, told them it was damaged during delivery. Left 2 messages for Mo. He never called me back. I went back into the store, where he could not avoid me. Mo told me it was damaged when I bought it. I told him, I would not have bought it damaged, and that if HE KNEW IT WAS DAMAGED IT WAS HIS JOB TO LET ME KNOW. He disagreed, and insulted me. I was told I can not return due to Covid. I was ignored when I asked for it to be repaired, or to at least return the delivery fee. I was told I have no rights, as I purchased it from the wrong part of the store. I now have a couch that I do not think is safe, and am afraid to use. This was the WORST furniture buying experience I have ever had. ***** Filed a complaint at the BBB, and this company refused to respond to them-- because they know they were in the wrong. ********
I just wanted to give a shout out to Veronica for helping me resolve an issue I was having with my Ashley power recliner. I will definitely be buying furniture from them in the future.
I can see why their parking lot is always empty. I was the only customer in the store 2 employees working a man and a woman. I had cash money in my purse to buy some new furniture saw some items I really liked however, no one got up to ask what I was looking to purchase, how they could help or anything. I work in customer service and know how important it is especially in today's world of online shopping. After a slow walk around the store and still no help I walked out without a question as to why or a have a nice day. Will NEVER be back and will tell everyone to shop elsewhere. To many options in the world to deal with a company that does not care.
Ordered all my furniture here. You can get great prices and you feel very well taken care of. Moe is the guy to see!
