Dr. South and her team got me to a comfortable place again after feeling like I would never feel normal for so long. Dr. South and Carmen worked to get me feeling better in a patient and caring way. The team was always compassionate and reassuring, even when I was feeling my worst. They guided me through multiple avenues to feel better and tackle my issues from multiple fronts. After being dismissed and tossed around by several other healthcare professionals, I can say I now actually feel safe and well taken care of by Dr. South and her staff. I am so grateful for everyone who helped me at Northeast Ohio Urogynecology, and I know I can trust them to make sure I am always looked after.

I am a former employee of Dr. South's. Even though I was terminated I can honestly say that I'm proud of the growth of the facility. As I stated when terminated I wished her all the best. To see the pictures of the new facility is great. I wish her and staff all the best. I will say if you are a head strong person then you may just bump heads, but she knows her stuff. I enjoyed learning about the Mona Lisa when employed through her. Best of wishes to everyone!!

Dr. South is a compassionate woman's health professional who guided me to a solution that two other physicians could not property diagnose. She clearly communicated at each step in the process and, instead of writing a script and sending me on my way, she took the time to understand lifestyle and diet factors that may have been contributing to my issue. Her staff was wonderful. I lost my favorite bracelet in the office; they found it and shipped it to me immediately. I highly recommend Dr. South and her team for specialized care - you'll never go anywhere else!
