Colton was very polite and honest. Buying experience is top notch with an email and literally 30 minutes of my time in person. He even took the time to vet out and ensure used car was not smoked in as I mentioned I wouldn’t buy if it smelled like smoke.

My used car buying experience was flawless. I had been looking for a specific vehicle for a few months and finally found it at Maserati of Akron. Colton made the transaction extremely easy. I was able to FaceTime to view the vehicle and it was exactly as described. After being picked up from the airport I was able to test drive the vehicle on the way back to the dealership. The paperwork only took 20mins as most was already accomplished over the phone. I would highly recommend this dealership as my out of state buying experience was extremely easy.
I purchased a Maserati Ghibli in late 2019 and the buying experience was fantastic. The service department is incredibly professional and knowledgeable as well. If you're in the market for a new Maserati or Alfa Romeo, look no further than Maserati Akron.

Saw a vehicle and called in about it. Was helped by colton who told me vehicle needed to go to shop for some repairs but im the first on the list to call when its finished. Called a week later to follow up and still not ready. Eventually spoke to Colton who said they discovered vehicle had numerous issues such as sunroof leak that they didnt feel comfortable selling to me or putting their name behind. He said the car was so bad it shouldnt be on his lot. I appreciate his honesty cause it couldve been a different story had they sold it to me. I didnt end up buying a car from them but wouldnt hesitate to in the future
