I was there when Joel Brown was the owner and we bonded as friends. I even went to his church. It was a good temporary housing for me and my room was very nice. I'd like to see what it's like now under new ownership.

Sanctuary..Clean and reasonbly safe. Concerned staff! Still..its a residence hotel. Limited bathrooms, transcient residents create usual problems. Overall, good place to start.
I've been here over a month so far. Cool landlord, most people I've ran into are civil and friendly. Central air is good, decent WIFI, cheap in house laundry. Food spot if you're transitioning and trying to get on your feet.
Good place to stay run by nice and friendly people
Not to bad. Thankful that this place was here when i had no where else to turn. Not the cleanest. But they came in to spray for bugs today so that made me feel alot better! The people are also really nice and helpful!!!
Reasonable weekly rate you get what you pay for
The owner Joel is a scum Lord. The building has mice running all through it, and reeks of cigarette smoke due to the chainsmoker he has in every other room. It's too expensive for such poor accommodations and the fact he rents to shady characters. Make this place your last resort. No stars.
