Ordered over 30 worth of food, placed the order on doordash because they weren’t answering their phones for the 30 minutes I tried calling. Food took almost an hour to be done, which is fine because they were busy. Once we arrived the food still wasn’t done, even though I was notified that it was. Waited and then received a bag full of food that wasn’t ours. Brought this to their attention and they refused to replace our order with the correct things because they were “too busy”. I’ve never had such a bad experience the first time ordering from a place. Never again.

I ordered Szechuan chicken on the website and wrote please make it spicy in the special instructions box. 5 minutes later I get a call telling me it'll cost an extra dollar to make it extra spicy. With the forced tip you have to give when ordering on their website the total was 12.50. I got home and started eating and it's not spicy at all. Maybe it is for more sensitive palates but for me is very mild. When I pay extra to make it spicy it better burn my mouth and this doesn't at all. I've eaten jalapeno peppers hotter than this.
Will not correct an order even if it there mistake. Rude.
Horrible. Everything we ordered was old and stale. They continue to go downhill. We'll never order again.
Food was decent. Ordered General Tsos and 3/4's of the dish was rice. Barely received any General Tso's. For that price its a ripoff.
