So far not a good experience. Placed an order with a large team order and upon receiving first half of order several items missing and done incorrect. Called and spoke with a helpful employee who offered to replace missing and incorrect items at no extra cost and guaranteed they would be delivered with second half of shipment. Received second half of order and still missing the items from first shipment. Called and spoke with some else who was not helpful at all and proceeded to tell me that there was no way my order was incorrect and that he would have to look into it and call me back...needless to say I have not heard from anyone. I have tried calling several times but can never get through to anyone. BUYER BEWARE! I alone spent over 200 and my order was part of a much larger team order.

I order them through Amazon and they got my items back March 18th and have yet to refund me my 10.50 I reach out to Amazon to make sure they are refunding me my money back. and it is within the 30 day mark. I got my Stuff the March 11th didn't fit and sent it back the March 16th i got Approve refund the 15th of March. they got my items March 18th horrible service and they play 'dumb"

I gave this company a shot with hopes of a great supplier relationship. They knocked out my job quickly for me and for that I'm very thankful however they hand wrote my credit card down at time of order pickup on a sheet of scrap paper. At the time I was a little hesitant in leaving my cc info handwritten but contrary to my lack of judgement I left considering my friends history with their company. A couple months past and to my surprise I received an email claiming I owed money and because I could not locate proof of payment I was going to be sent to collections and small claims. Be careful. Nice people but a bit unprofessional.

This place has a huge inventory. Super nice people to work with. They let me go out in the warehouse to look at the bats. Highly recommended.

Information on store is inaccurate. this place does NOT have batting cages and they havnt for four years. I could see if it was a recent change but 4 years and info not changed?! the building its in has no clear sign to where the front door even is. phone number leads to nothing but an answering service. poor excuse of a business.
