We have been coming to this hotel for years. We have always been treated well by their staff and they are always friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Spacious rooms. Sleep number beds!
We needed a hotel last minute and they were able to accommodate us and our dog with no issues. The room was great and they even have a large and convenient area to let your dog do their business out back. Only complaint was all doors except the front was disabled for re-entry so after you walked your pet, you have to walk around to the front to get back in.
Only reason I gave this place two stars is the staff was friendly. As when we checked in we had no issues. Our problems didn't arise until later. When we came back to go to sleep. When we removed the blankets to go to bed you could see clearly the bed was bad. One side of the bed we had was sagging big time. It was like sleeping in a hole while the other half of the bed was fine. The cleaning crew just fluffed up the blankets on that side so no one would notice. This just tells you how they maintain this place. We also had trash under the bed. Cleaning crew only cleans what you see. I attached a picture so you could see how bad the bed is.
Was traveling. Booked a room from my phone app. Because it was just past midnight, the app changed the date from 3rd to 4th while I was processing. I reserved three rooms. So, about an hour later when I arrived at about 1am on the 4th, the rooms were not available and Check-in was not allowed until 3pm. So I kindly asked for a refund so that I could rebook. I was told we would have to wait for the manager to see if I could get a refund. I was not granted a refund. I never even got to the room. Paid for three rooms and never even entered the doorway. I have tried to contact the manager, but they will not return my calls.
Very nice people, particularly the evening desk clerk. But property itself is very shabby with dated decor and in need of obvious repair and rehab. Price was significantly lower than any other property in the area - but for a reason. Am a bit surprised that Radisson brand standards have come down this far.
Was treated horrendously by the manager!!! Upon attempting to extend our stay, we were given the run around and our deposit was never refunded. The manager made us feel small and disrespected, so much to the point that we no longer felt comfortable staying in the hotel and we left.
Stayed here upon moving to Akron before the moving truck was unpacked. Very nice facility; the room was huge (always appreciate hotel rooms with a small sofa in them). Great price, staff was friendly, and the rate was decent. Highly recommend. They are also very close to a few dining options if you don’t have a car.
