Our family has been very happy with Senior Helpers! After asking around I had called two different organizations looking for help for my elderly mother. I choose Senior Helpers because they were very factual over the phone; the other home care business I found to be very pushy. The Helpers are all great with my mom and we don't know what we (or she) would do without them. The communication with the management is top notch! We are nearly out of the Senior Helper jurisdiction and appreciate that the Helpers care for my mom enough to take on a bit of drive time. Also, being a bit off the beaten path the management has had to work very hard at finding Helpers for my mom when we've requested more days and/or hours. Overall, the experience has been great!

Senior Helpers were incredible. My mother in law was hospitalized due to an accident and we needed immediate assistance for my father in law who is blind. Senior Helpers were able to jump right in and worked very patiently with us as we had to adjust schedules multiple times. The ladies that came in treated my father in law very kindly, worked efficiently, left us notes each day on what was done, and were a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone (and already have!) and would gladly call them again if my in-laws need further assistance. Our thanks and gratitude to you!

Senior Helpers of NE Ohio has been great to work with. The caregiver for my father has been fantastic. She is very nice, helpful, caring, and flexible. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers!
