Highly recommend Serra Honda. Ask for Danny! Knowledgable, patient, and incredibly helpful in purchasing our Honda Pilot! We came to Serra Honda with plans to \just look\ at a Pilot and decide another day. Danny not only pulled the car we had planned to look at but also pulled another that he thought fit what we had told him over the phone. The one that he pulled is the one we ended up buying! And it was less expensive and better (I think!) than the one I initially had found online.

I purchased my 2007 Odyssey, my 2014 Odyssey and now my 2021 Odyssey through Chad. These three purchases I believe speak for themselves. I could have gone to any Honda dealership in NE Ohio but choose to stay with someone who I trust without any hesitation to be forthright and honest with me regarding my trade-in value as well as the new Odyssey out the door price.

Service is friendly, they always tell me what repairs need to be done before they work on my car. I love the videos they send of the services and the work they do. I approve what work I want done and decline what I don't want. I have been buying cars from Serra Honda since I moved to Ohio, 10 years ago, and will continue to do business with them. Oil change and Tire rotation went very smoothly and timely..even with the addition of a rear differential fluid change and a car wash. The video of the technician ( Stephen John ) doing his inspection was impressive as well as the option to pay for the service immediately on my phone. Catherine was fantastic and even cleaned the inside of the windshield for me. We love our 2020 Passport Elite and will continue to do business with Serra. Great service! Will be recommending your services for sure.
